Cava made with 100% Chardonnay grapes from our own vineyards in
the Grávalos region of Rioja. This grape variety is the
"queen" of French Champagne and is used as a base for the best quality
French wines; the grape is perfectly adapted to the microclimate
in this area.
TASTING NOTES: Straw yellow; clear
brilliance. Abundant, regular release of very fine
bubbles rising in bead formation with a good
corona. Clean, fine and complex in the nose; with a
good balance of exotic fruit tones. Full, powerful and
vibrant in the mouth, with a lively acidity. Attractive
nose-throat aromas, clean and full with fresh, juicy
fruitiness. Elegant ageing notes with very good length
of flavour.
